I arrived at 12:44 pm , my mom's appointment was at 1:15 pm. They waited until 1:17 to give us the papers to complete as a new patient, is important to say that the receptionist was always kind and formal, 2 times I asked how long we needed to wait , and never a good answer , at 2:44 is when they call her and not even prepare for the appointment, zero delicacy from the nurse or the doctor,came in without introducing him self ( fYI I had to asked are u doctor emilio ? ) and left the office without saying anything , we had to ... read more
