I cannot recommend Dr. Sabbagh. He didn't listen or show any concern with my questions.
Telephone this physician, Dr. Sabbagh on April 22, 2023. I informed him that my mother is in desperate need of medical attention and is suffering from starvation and dehydration. He declined to discuss and hung up his phone during the conversation after I expressed concern that my mom might succumb if not helped.
