Dismissive, outdated knowledge and no compassion. Treats you like you’re some animal to get out of the way
Messed my mother’s eyes up and took her independence from her. He was very unapologetic about the entire situation. I feel he did this to her on purpose. He was very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. From our experience I feel he is very malicious. It is scary to experience this type of treatment from a health professional. Five years ago, I had an excellent experience with staff and doctor and my cataract surgery went beautifully with Dr. Emery Jaffe. This year, I have had many problems. It is almost impossible to get a call back and very difficult to reach certain staff when it is required to do so. I left a message with medical records to send my records up to my new state of residence and no one called or sent the records.
