Dr. Friedman performed a vasectomy reversal for me in Feb. He exhibited what I would characterize as the highest level of care that I have ever observed with any doctor - ever. He was patient, empathatic, responsive....literally, everything you could want. As far as competency? We are expecting a child in December. That's just one data point, but I think it's safe to say that he is at the very top of his field.
Our procedure did not work even though the doctor insisted it would be successful. When we brought it to his attention that something was wrong he insisted that it was ok. So in the outcome the vasectomy reversal was unsuccessful, he still claims that it went well. How is that when it was unsuccessful? He said at our consults that if it didn't work than we could have the money we paid toward sperm retrieval but now we have to pay the same amount of money without any help. You never know you you are going to fall in love with, or their story. My husband had been married previously and he has two wonderful boys. Dr. Friedman was able to cure my mother's persistent UTIs that had baffled other doctors. He is super smart and has a great ability to explain complicated medical concepts in plain English. He has a terrific bedside manner and is a dedicated professional.
I am a physician. I chose Dr. Friedman to reverse my vasectomy. He did a great job. The office staff was wonderful. Most importantly, we welcomed my daughter only 12 months after the reversal!
I was told he is the best in his field. i beg to differ on that. 6 times i have seen him and he has not addressed my problem. My test have been over $3000.00. Test i did not need from what i read online and had nothing to do with my problem. Never call me about how the test came out. Sometimes i had to wait weeks to months to see him.
