What is going on? Is Hope TMS closed? I’ve been trying to reach Dr. Ruiz for several weeks and not even his staff are responding to the portal messages or phone calls. Quite frankly, no matter what may be the cause for Dr. Ruiz ignoring his patients, this is unethical and honestly, beyond extremely dangerous for a psychiatrist of all people to do this. I’m grateful I have another provider willing to take over my med treatment and necessary refills until I meet with a replacement psychiatrist but I know that is not a luxury m... read more
I 've been calling the office almost every day for the past month and no one is picking up the phone or responding to Klara messages. Did they close? What is going on? I have been a patient for over 5 years, it's insulting and hurtful that Dr. Ruiz and his staff would not contact patients for this long if the practice closed.
Very unprofessional doctor and staff. Doctor too frequently misses appointments. Staff doesn't answer the phone or return Klara messages.
I’m a patient of Dr. Ruiz and I’ve been trying to Get a hold of his office for weeks and weeks and nobody returns calls. Or in the middle of prescribing a medication and I haven’t heard back from them since way before Christmas. I don’t understand this is incredibly unprofessional.
Dr. Ruiz (a) cares; and (b) is at the forefront of new treatments and clinical trials. I’ve relocated from Boston and was under the care of an accoladed psychiatrist who is also a neurologist. I was very pleased to discover that both physicians are A-Gamers who bat in the same league.
Dr. Ruiz is busy which I see has resulted in some poor reviews (ie wait times) however he has proven to be an excellent care provider to me. His bedside manner is comforting, he listens, asks questions, and advises on your options for treatment and medication. Some reviews here paint a different picture but I’ve been seeing him for nearly 5 years and I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Dr. Ruiz and his care.
Dr. Ruiz has been my doctor for about 2 years and I have had positive experiences thus far. He answers my calls and concerns whenever I need. He takes time apart to meet at least once month or more if needed. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to talk about the prescriptions he provides. He is empathetic to listen and is one of the best doctors I have had for years. I recommend this practice.
First time I’ve left a review literally anywhere but feel I have to in this case. Pretty much the stories of everyone who wrote bad reviews are spot on. This practice is run dangerously. Some of these negative reviews got me thinking, wow! It’s not just me. He’s got too many patients and not enough time for them when it comes do to it. He’s a nice man and the receptionist seems sweet but I don’t know how much they really care about their patients
I had to wait for a very long time and I didn't feel at home in the office. He seemed like he was just pushing pills... didn't really take the time to address my concerns about side effects. I ended up getting a prescription through a PCP instead, since she took the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable.
