Knowledgeable about my child's condition , educated and explained in good details what to look for. Highly recommend o anyone who is looking for a pediatrician.
I am taking my baby to Dr Pashayeva for several years. I prefer to see only her because she dedicates her time to my child. She is knowledgeable and always professional with great bedside manners. She is very responsive. Anytime I send a message she always responds promptly. I am very happy she is my baby 's doctor.

Dr. P was off-putting from the beginning to end, the $400 bill I received for her few minutes checking up on my baby each day (that's after she billed the insurance!). She actually tried to push out the lactation consultant during my newborn's feeding session and got an attitude when we all told her she would have to come back. The biggest complaint I have is that she picked up my 1-day old son without supporting head or neck!!! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER and anxiety-inducing for new parents!
very unimpressed with Dr Pashayeva. She was condescending and appeared very uninterested in what was going on with my son (who ended up being hospitalized with RSV). If I ever go back to Goodnight Pediatrics and she is working, I will go somewhere else.
I do not know why all this negative ratings and attitude towards her. People or society are quick to judge authorities that have different accent than their own. Its sad that people will judge a book by its cover, people are so quick to judge wrongly. My experience for the past years with Dr. Pasheyava has been outstanding. she is actually one of the most outstanding doctors i have ever come across. She not only understand medical health ethics, she is also compassionate, kind & honest.
Please don't take your children to Dr. Elmira Pashayeva. Doctors that recommend further testing?s, referrals, and possess emotional intelligence is essential when your child requires medical care that goes beyond the occasional flu and infection. Dr. Pashayeva unfortunately failed in these areas and I was forced to seek help elsewhere during a terrible uncertain time in my child?s health. I?m so thankful Dr. Pashayeva?s lack of empathy and attention opened my eyes when it did.
