Dr Clemence took care of me when no one else would. I got excellent care from him and his staff. I had my surgeries in 2012 and 2013. No problems whatsoever!
Dr Clemons is a VERY talented surgeon! I had 4 knee replacements in a 16 month period, 3 on my left knee. You can hardly see the scars! He is very caring physician! My mom wanted to meet him, he took time out of his busy schedule to meet her. I asked him how he was going to do the surgery. He smiled and bounced on his toes and in LAYMENS TERMS told me exactly how he was going to do and how he expected the out come would be!!
Dr Clemence was very honest & explained the specific issues related to my situation. I had surgery on a torn meniscus which Dr Clemence preformed. It took about an hour and a half. I experienced very little discomfort & was back to regular activities within a day. I totally recommend Dr Clemence and the service he provides…
My husband went here and it was HORRIBLE. Office staff was VERY rude on the phone & it took forever to get an appointment. Sent out paperwork in Spanish even though they talked to him in English on the phone. Blamed it on a new girl just seeing his name. The doctor rushed through the appointment, immediately said he needed surgery without listening to what my husband had to say or even let him finish a what he was saying. No bedside manner whatsoever. Assumed my pain wasn't real, called me "one of those people" because I was being seen for a car accident. His attitidude changed once xrays and MRI's were done, but my respect and trust have been lost.
I am less than impressed with Dr. Clemence at this point. I was not told that I had bone on bone in my left knee when I had meniscus surgery. I only found out when I was experiencing pain in my knee after surgery. Office staff and PA are great, but he lacks some compassion and bed side manner. He barely spoke to me the day of surgery and did not come see me in the recovery room. He was extremely late for my surgery and I was the first one!
My left shoulder was messed up in a bus/18 wheeler accident. Unfortunately I was victimized a second time by Workman's Comp and their incompetent doctors (shame on them). I got to Dr. Clemence and, THANK GOD FOR THIS MAN, I finally talked to some who KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. I also found his bedside manner to be excellent. Had my surgery at the end of January 2017. If the rest of my doctors are that good, I have great chance. Only thing, wait time may SOMETIMES be ... a bit long.
If there was any way to not even give him a star, I would do that. Awful doctor ! All he cares about is money - if he sees you have insurance, he will do a surgery on you whether you need it or not ! He ruined my life. No bedside manner whatsoever. Awful !
Very comforting staff, very attentive. Dr.Clemence was straightforward and very detail oriented
