Empathetic, honest, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.It’s so convenient to come see him at his office location, but he does offer telehealth, which makes it so much easier to speak with him on urgent matters. Even though I've been with Dr. Schwarzenberger several years, I'm so happy that I found him. He's very knowledgeable and competent. He takes time to explain things (i.e., medications, how the colon and intestines work and react to certain medications, etc.) and I've never felt rushed. He seems to be so down to earth. Dr. Schwarzenegger was very helpful. He listened carefully to what we had to say, was very attentive to the needs of our son, who has special needs, and sent us on our way with an effective action plan to deL with our son's GERD.
This was my first visit, I was made very comfortable. Everything was was explained and very understandable.
Dr. Schwarzenberger and team (G.I. Technician, Anesthesiologist) were professional and kind. They made my colonoscopy procedure a pleasant one.
Arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled colonoscopy. Secretary Miriam at 2pm refused to allow me to have the procedure because my wife who is a school teacher is not available to talk on the phone until after 3pm. My scheduled pick up time was 3:45pm following my colonoscopy procedure. Completely frustrating. Loss of pay & poor communication.
Have been a patient for a number of years and feel like I always get great care with Dr Schwarzenberger. His knowledge is extensive and he takes his time and listens to his patients. Had a procedure with him at his surgery center and everything there was wonderful too.
