Everything was done in a very highly professional manner. This transferred to everyone I came in contact with that worked with Dr. Heller. It was very thorough from the initial appointment to the procedure to the discharge.
I was searching for a new GI doctor who really cares and I found him—my previous doctor didn’t seem to care…
Everyone was very polite and professional.
Dr. very nice. He listened to my concerns and also told me some things to stay away from on my first visit. After my procedure he explained everythings and told me the next step. The nursing staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were always asking if need anything. I would recommend .
Dr Siuta listens to what you have to say and works with you to insure you are getting the best treatment possible. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and goes above what is expected.
Elizabeth was great! I was super nervous when I got there. Elizabeth was friendly, calm, patient, and gave me a sense of peace.
From start to end I felt well cared for. Girls at front desk were very friendly and helpful which is very important. Dr Le was helpful and put my mind at ease, he's the best@
I received a phone call from their office asking if i could come in sooner and i said sure! My appointment was later in the day so i was very very happy and appreciative that i could get my procedures done in the morning instead of the afternoon.! From the moment i walked in the door the staff greeted me, treated me with kindness, compassion and respect. They were all polite and very nice as well! To say the least.
