I reached out to Rand Dental for routine care and to discuss replacing a crown. I made sure to confirm multiple times that they accepted my plan. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I specifically asked them to triple-check, and they assured me they did. Scammers! Stay away. They will assure you that services are covered. Even go as far as checking with your insurance while you are in the office then hit you with a bill for hundreds of dollars and say that it was denied by insurance. What is the point of them checking right in front of you. They will also instruct you not to pay the bill while they resubmit the claim and then go silent. After that I received a letter from their office saying the bill was going to collections. Such poor management and business practice!
Doctor was very nasty and unprofessional. Does not have accurate records and yells at patients. I was left in tears from such rude behavior.

They were great it was very pleasant I was very comfortable the whole tiMe! It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist there was no Judgement just great suggests and products to use to be on the right track! I highly recommend them very professional and polite!

I’ve been going to Rand center for Dentistry for about 6 months and have had to have major work done on my teeth and smile with dentures being the end product.this dentist office is awesome and have taken care of everything for me including getting all the insurance approvals and scheduling all procedures in a timely fashion including Saturday office hours and the best dental careI I could ever ask for!
