Dr. Jacobsen is the best specialist physician I've dealt with—and I've been a patient of dozens in multiple countries (including at least 20 in the Champaign-Urbana area). No, they've never taken personal calls with me
They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. The staff is very friendly and caring. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
