I had the most awful experience today with Dr. Ellen. I waited over an hour to be seen. When I was actually brought back to the exam room, she was dismissive, short, rushed me, and refused to perform tests that I asked for despite it being covered under my insurance. I have never been treated like this before and refuse to EVER go back.
Had an appointment and Dr. Ellen Puleo was easy to talk to and was very gentle. If your needing your annual pap I would recommend her.

Phone manners are horrible. Unfortunately comes up on my insurance as an in-network provider Tricare. Receptionist was on the phone for 4 seconds. “We don’t see pregnant patients, okay bye.” Didn’t even let me finish my sentence.
