Elizabeth Wong is an okay dentist, but the customer service at this clinic is sub-par. Twice, I’ve had bad customer service experience at this office, most recently this morning when I went in for a cleaning that I booked a month ago, after THEY CALLED ME. They checked the schedule, and I was never booked. I took time off of work to make this appointment and this was a huge inconvenience. Very rude, ignorant and likes to talk down to people. Tells you that you know nothing if you disagree with her. Tried to pull a crown off, because according to her, this looks like it is going to fall off. Got my teeth cleaned and never went back.
Great place. Dr. Wong takes the time to explain and educate on what needs to be done and options to get there. All of the staff are understanding and caring. Only dentist I've ever known to personally follow up via phone.
Dr. Elizabeth Wong will find anything wrong with your teeth and make them into problems. She only cares about her own interests and making money from you. Unethical practice.
