Went in for an excruciating pilonidal cyst. She came in and her demeanor was just extremely rude. She felt my tailbone so hard I was writhing in pain. She didn’t stop or apologize. She told us “I don’t see a cyst” even though I could feel it and so could everyone else. I asked for a second opinion and she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips.
