I have been with Dr. Simon quite a few years and am happy with her experience and bedside manners. She's calm and insiteful.

If can give this doctor and doctors office 0 stars, I absolutely would. I am an established patient and they intentionally ignore my phone calls. They are playing with my health and it’s absolutely a disgrace to the medical profession. Dr. Simon isn’t very knowledgeable and you feel worse after every visit. The staff is very incompetent and rude. I have called for weeks and left voicemails and never got a response back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!
If I could not leave any stars I would . For the second time this office has failed to be at the office after they have scheduled to make my appointment . Numerous confirmation calls and I for the second time arrive to a closed office . That being said this is by far the worst pcp office . I drove 45min and took a toll after work just to come here super unacceptable .
