If I had to describe the office staff in one word it would be "incompetent." First issue, it is next to impossible to to reach anyone by phone in the office and the staff is VERY slow, if at all, in returning calls. Second issue, the patient online portal is a joke. I have been forever damaged by her treatment. Maybe not physically but certainly emotionally. I'd saved up the money to cover most of my treatment (cystic acne scar removal) which started with one deep tissue treatment of my skin but deeper damage to my self-esteem. From the lady I'd met 10+ yrs b4 to the woman I met last year was night n day. I had low self-esteem when I went in but when I left my first disrestful and hurtful treatment, I couldn't go back for more punishment.
I came here to have a lump checked out on my sternum. Dr. Rostan was a beautiful and gentle soul. She is tall, smart, and gorgeous. You can tell she takes pride in who she is and what she does which I LOVE! It's also a gorgeous building. They do it all from dysport, botox, skin care, facelifts, etc. I am not a beauty guru, and I am a total tomboy, however, I am in my third year of embracing a medspa phase. I initially went because Dr. Rostan has a strong reputation, but I’ve seen several other clinicians since, and they’re also exceptional. Knowledge and expertise is unmatched, and I’m thrilled with their work and my results. Administrative staff is courteous and helpful- always smiling and seem happy to be there.
