May be an excellent surgeon but communication skills are ZERO! Didn’t tell me what kind of lense would be implanted. She also knew I needed by second eye done but never mentioned my need to schedule it! Waiting would be several months..found this out through the scheduler. She doesn’t realize that a patient may not know what questions to ask, and she was a huge Zero on communication!
Cataract surgery fine. Follow up problems handled. $$$$ Disrespectful front desk person. Will not return for other cloudy eye.
Knowledgeable and caring. I've been seeing her for about 3 years when I had a serious eye problem. She just did my first eye (cataract). Great results. Can't wait to have her do the second eye!
This review regards Dr. Vreeland's staff. I had an appointment with them last year to get cataract surgery. I waited for over an hour and went to the front desk to ask why it was taking so long to see the doctor. I was told that I had to wait another hour in order to see the doctor. No explanation was offered. I could not stay as Ihad a neighbor give me a ride and they couldn't wait. I asked to get rescheduled and that's where mistreatment and a high level of disrespect came from the scheduler at Dr. Vreeland's office. I hav... read more
