The office is a joke. The person answering the phone is very rude. My patient was referred to see Dr. Nolan. After weeks of not hearing anything my patient called and was told that "well we didn't call you back because we don't accept your insurance." She went on blaming the patient and being very rude and dismissive. When asked why she didn't call to let her know, the receptionist pretty much dismissed her saying it wasn't her problem.
