I am new to the area and called a few different OB/GYN offices before finding a female Dr. taking new patients (Dr. Ott). I was a little concerned about her relative newness to the field, but thought she deserved a chance. Once at the office, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and made efforts to guide me through the office, knowing I was a new patient. Dr.Ott is very firendly, but compliments stop there. As a first time mom, I am new to all of the acronyms of pregnancy and was told that I was RH- and to schedule my GTT and then was rushed out of the exam room. I had to google the acronyms and found out that RH- is NOT a good thing. When I called the office they said I wasn't RH- and that she never said that.
