Dr. Ott delivered my three grandchildren, and performed my hysterectomy. She was knowledgeable and all services have been excellent. I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Ott is not very knowledgeable or helpful. If you have any issues with your pregnancy find a new Dr. Her staff is a joke and very rude. I would and did switch to one of the partners at the Women's Hospital. Very disappointed with her services, knowledge and staff.
Worst staff I have ever dealt with. The nurse made me feel like I should thank them for accepting me as a patient.

Dr ott is great! I couldn't imagine having anyone else deliver my kids or give better care during my pregnancy. She keeps everything very blunt.amd to the point and adds humor to situations. Very thankful i found her. I have 2 healthy girls because of her care.
Dr Ott was amazing during my entire pregnancy. We had problems getting pregnant, it was Dr Ott who, with the right treatments, was able to help us. I always felt comfortable with her and she always answered any questions I had. I am a first time mom and had plenty. I am a planner and like to have everything planned out as much as possible. She is a wonderful person and probably excellent for regular problems. I hope with time she will become as good with high-risk pregnancies. Currently she is not. I had my third EAB this summer. I knew this one was not going to work out either because I was bleeding. However, she kept on insisting that everything was normal, bleeding must be due to implantation or us having sex. I needed a new OB in late 2008 because I was not satfisifed with my current doctor. I saw Dr. Ott in the newspaper. I immdeitately called and got right in with a yearly papsmear. A few weeks later I became pregnant with my first child. Through my whole pregnancy I felt like Dr. Ott was a friend and her nurses were our friends. Every concern or question was answered. I would recommend her.
I suggest you avoid Dr Ott unless you have only very minor problems or are not a high risk pregnancy. Her knowledge is very limited. She knows about the basic things but past that she isn't the best. Good luck.
