Very displeased with this practice. I scheduled an appointment for first appointment of the day yet waiting around because her office double booked - when I asked the receptionist why someone else had same appointment she said her office does that in case one person doesn't show up but today you all got here at the same time. That's not ok. I take my appointments seriously and do not appreciate disrespect like that. Most Temple affiliated offices run a lot better than this one.
