I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Day for a few years now. She has helped me tremendously and I am grateful for her help in navigating life as an abuse survivor. The work is hard but so worth it. She has given me many tools to help me take good care of my mental health. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Day since 2007. I am a survivor of abuse as a child and for the first time in my adult life, thanks to Dr Day, I have hope. She has worked with me by giving me the tools I needed to move on in my life so that the abuse left a scar, but it no longer controls my life.
