I am very pleased with Dr Russo Stringer. Have been seeing her for little over a year. Saw another Dr in her group in BR and like him a lot but too hard to drive to BR for appoinents. So glad she accepted me in Zachary. Really am pleased. She had done burns on me and they helped a lot. Time for another one. Usually last about a year. Sad to know she will not do burns in Zachary. Will be done in BR. It is hard for me to get someone to drive me. I will manage somehow. She really cares for her patients.
Love Dr. Stringer!! I have a complicated medical history and therefore many doctors. With this said, I rank her as the one I like the best. My case isn't easy but she has always done her research, talked to me about it and tried out newly researched treatments. I always get "I've been thinking about your case a lot." That right there says a lot about the type of physician she is. She really has my best interest at hand and for that I am forever greatful! I have been a patient of Dr. Stringers for more years thend I can remember. I believe the best thing she has going for her is her listing skills. She will take the time to listen and try to understand your individual problem. Nothing in pain management is easy diagnosis and Dr. Stringer is not one to look at you and jump to a hasty decision. I have been with dr stringer over 4 years she is great she takes the time to listen to u I have never waited in office over 30 min her reception melody is very good when I call with any problem I having she calls be back we she switched to new office it was a little hard at first because she was with all new employees but when I had a problem dr stringer apologize for office and I never had that problem again I have recommend dr stringer to many people and will continue to if u want a great doctor dr stringer is it
I am a 74 year old handicapped senior citizen that sought the help of Dr. Russo-Stringer for severe chronic pain in my stump following a recent amputation. I never had the chance to see Dr. Russo-Stringer because her rude and unprofessional staff and front desk person (a total of 3 people at one time) antagonized me, was very confrontational, provoking, uncaring and downright obnoxious in their behavior towards me. Was with Dr. Rusdo-Stringer for years. Followed her to Denham springs. Started feeling like she didn't have time for me since she couldn't do surgery on me. Then I got a 7mm kidney stone and my urologist had to give me pain meds called her to inform in case of conflict. She never called back and after several calls was told I was fired as soon as I received pain meds in the hospital! What was I suppose to do?
She is changing, not for the best. I don't think this new affiliation is good for her front in business. I agree with all the reviews that calls do NOT get returned. The front receptionist has little to offer and should not be in the "people" business. She rarely says thank you, we are the clients, remember? Doctor Russo-Stringer plays her favorites patients, she also lacks the ability to say she was wrong when she did make a mistake. That's ego. Not liking the 2+ hour wait at all!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Stringer for many many years. Started out with CPM Center then she went solo in Denham Springs which was when she and her staff were at their BEST. I had NO complaints about that time with her solo practice. Staff was awesome especially Brittany. I can't say the same now that she has hooked up with The Spine Diagnostic & Pain Treatment Center, as another person stated below she has LOST ALL patient/doctor relations. Dr. Stringer is absolutely tops in her field. She sincerely cares about her patients, is kind, friendly and very easy to talk to. After several bad experiences, I refuse to change Doctors, regardless of where she moves. Her support staff does leave a lot to be desired however. A person in pain should not have to wait 48+ hours for a call back to schedule an appointment/procedure/prescription refill.
