I have been a patient of Dr. Demichelis since she took over from Dr Halliday. The transition was easy and I enjoy working with the staff and Dr. Demichelis.
Even if my insurance changed I would still come to this office! The office has a warm feel like home and the team treats you like family!!! The care is 5 Star and Kathy at the front goes out of her way to make sure my insurance benefits are billed correctly and that I get an appointment time that meets my needs! Thank you to all of you for making going to the Dentist a true 5 Star experience!
I have had numerous dental procedures which have been very successful. The doctor has taken the time to explain the procedures. The only slight complaint i might have is to have the doctor do more of the actual work rather than her assistants, However, I do realize it is the sign of the times.
Dr. Demichelis and staff are always pleasant, friendly and professional. My girls and I always feel welcome and comfortable during our visits.
