Dr. Simpson is very professional and kind.
The nurse who first took my vitals/stats, Olivia, was so sweet and pleasant. She seemed genuinely interested in my background and reasons for visiting. Dr. Simpson was no different. They were both empathetic to a sad experience I had, while not dwelling on it uncomfortably. Dr. Simpson was solution-oriented, but not pushy. She was able to calm my nerves by clarifying some misunderstandings I had regarding future needs and provide helpful information for making treatment decisions. Anytime I have felt like I need to be seen, the staff works diligently to put me on the schedule as fast as the same or next day. If my doctor is available, she always takes my phone calls. She is extremely caring, and I have never felt more comfortable with another doctor.
Dr. Elise is awesome, thorough, kind and upbeat/encouraging.
