The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. It is difficult to get an appt because the receptionist cannot schedule it; the nurse has to do it, and the nurse isn't always in. Dr. Herman is an excellent pediatric physician.
