I had an extremely disappointing experience with this provider and would not recommend her to anyone.We only met twice, and it was clear from the start that she was completely dismissive and uninterested in actually helping. Dr. Krill-Jackson treated for over 20 years. She was kind, caring, and always followed up with results of tests..
I moved to Miami three years after I was diagnosed with breast cancer, so Dr. Krill was not my doctor during active treatment. Obviously I was very emotionally attached to my previous oncologists, but Dr. Krill made the transition smooth. I know she is looking out for me and she's always thrilled to go over the latest research with me. She can be pretty direct, but she is a warm and kind person and strikes a good balance. Horrible woman. I wish I had the experience the rest of you seem to have had with her. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer & she was the 1st oncologist I saw. She spent most of her time on the phone with her children's nanny and seemed to be preoccupied with that the entire visit. I started crying during the examination & she asked me why I would cry. She then put my name on a list for a drug trial program even though I did not use her as my oncologist. Worst medical experience I have ever had.
Dr. Elisa Krill Jackson is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care and knowledge. Dr Krill is my Hero !

She is my hero. Whenever I have a problem in between visits I email her and the same day she writes me back. She is caring and compassionate and extremely smart. She really cares about her patients and their well being. If she ever leaves Mount Sinai I will be very disappointed. She has given me hope during my journey.
