Dr Haley was recommended to me by a very reputable Dr….who indicated she trusted her opinions/evaluations when she was on-call. I started seeing her in 2007 and have valued her opinions and treatments since. I often will ask for her opinion if I have to see a specialist.I would recommend Dr. Haley and her staff highly……I find her and her staff very comforting and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule and wait time is minimal.
Practice as a whole lacks modernization as there is no portal or online accessibility. Hours are not conducive to working individuals. Dr. Haley is dismissive and gives impersonal care. All of my interactions with the office/Dr. Haley lacked in compassion and empathy. Such a disappointment to medical care and a woman run practice. I DO NOT recommend this practice in any way!
Unfortunately, I’ve had a similar experience to many. I don’t see her anymore as she ignored a finding on an ultrasound that finally led to a trip to the hospital, surgery, and some long term symptoms. When I asked for further testing (prior to the trip to the hospital) she literally rolled her eyes and then said I could if I wanted to but she didn’t think I needed it…WOW! She attributed my symptoms to “lifestyle choices” and ultimately put me in a life threatening situation that could have and should have been avoided.
She's amazing and I would recommend her to any who needed care.
Would give a zero star if it would show, this office doesnt even deserve 1 star. Doesnt listen to patients and runs lots of bloodwork test to create large Bill's for patients. Staff is rude and unwilling g to work out a y payment t plan s for these large bills. WOULD NOT recommend this office if you value your health, the are only concerned with generating revenue!!
We went to Dr. Haley from the time she opened her practice until late 2017 & recommended her to others. She was always attentive, caring, cordial, friendly. We began to notice the last few years she is increasingly dismissive, didn't discuss but told & very hurried. We noticed a large turnover start with the staff. We stopped going to her after a misdiagnosis. No attempt to listen or discuss. We told her how we wanted to handle it. She agreed then did exactly the opposite. Very sad about it.
Dge doesn't care about you. I can hear her staff talking about patients in the office.
I've been going to Dr. Haley for at least 4 or 5 years. When I began I felt as if she cared about me as a person sitting in front of her. Now, I feel like a number. In a long series of insulting visits over the past year or so, most recently I went in with a fever, not feeling well at all. They did blood work, culture etc., and the nurse hurriedly tells on the phone nothing is wrong with me and try pushing fluids & exercising. I was promised a return phone call, which I did not receive.
