Full disclosure: I am a physician and also the brother of Dr. Rosen. I have a complicated and chronically bad back and my brother's treatments have been a lifesaver for me for most of my lifetime. Many times I have taken the time to make the long drive to Wilton from NYC and each time, it has been worth it. The trigger point technique he has developed is better than any other back practitioner I have been to - and I have been to a lot of them.
Dr Rosen is an excellent chiropractor. He uses trigger point therapy with his adjustments. First he targets knotted muscles with massage and ultrasound therapy. Then he manipulates the spine and neck with chiropractic treatment. Because the muscle tension is released first, less force is applied for the adjustment. Regular adjustments keep me feeling good.

I first started going to Dr. Rosen to treat whiplash I attained through a car accident; the discomfort of which has long since been resolved. I am a massage therapist, and understand the importance of self-care to maintain optimal health and happiness. I thoroughly enjoy his technique, skill and pleasant humor. When a chiropractor is needed in this part of the state, he is who I refer to.
Dr. Rosen helped me after a car accident about 5 years ago, where I got rear-ended pretty hard and ended up with whip-lash. Not only did he help resolve that injury, I've been seeing him regularly ever since then and definitely feel better after each visit. I too was a chiropractic skeptic prior to this, but I have since seen the light! He is a true professional and a great guy too. He "cracks" me up!
