I had a colonoscopy consult appointment, did not see Dr Fanous; however, staff member was so rude, I declined any further service from this Dr. When a patient is having a first time procedure and very nervous, there is No acceptable reason for rude staff. It is a reflection on the Dr. I was terrified to allow them to be part of any procedure on me. Sad.
My insurance didn't want to cover my medication that was $400 because it was so expensive. I needed it and couldn't afford it without insurance. Dr. Fanous's office worked for an entire day going back and forth with my insuarnce and finally got it covered! I am so thankful for them and the care they have for me!
After visiting several GI drs and undergoing multiple tests, Dr. Fanous figured out my cause of chronic pain in a matter of minutes!! I wish I had seen him sooner!! Thank you, Dr. Fanous!
If you are looking for a doctor's office that you can feel truly cared for this is the place to go! Dr. Fanous is a very kind and very thorough doctor. Let's face it, going to see a doctor is a scary thing. It definitely makes a huge difference when the doctor has a great staff to be there for you, and takes the time to listen. Again you are at the right place! Tara is always there for me, she listens and will take the time to help, love her!
He was very personable and thorough. He made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend him.
I absolutely love Dr. Fanous and staff. I see his PA in office, whose also very great, listens to concerns and do what he feels needs to be done. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Fanous when he performed 2 of my colonoscopies and my EGD’s as well. Awesome bedside manner and genuine concern for his patients. I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone looking for a great GI Doctor

I am extremely satisfied with the care I've received from Dr. Fanous. He is thorough, explains everything to my satisfaction and makes sure I understand my condition(s) and options for treatment. He is also courteous and has a caring manner. In these days of impersonal medical providers. It also helps that he has (and his staff) an upbeat manner. I couldn't be more pleased and am glad he was recommended to me!
