I have been going to her office for about 4 years now since I had my son. He was diagnosed with Autism just last year but was not even referred by this doctor. We did our own research and had to request info from her. Then I go to my sons 4 yr old check up and was told we would not be seen without face masks. I told the OFFICE MANAGER, Judy, that my son wont wear it and that he will just take mine off so I dont usually wear it with him. She told me to wait and went and talked to the doctor. All the stars I gave is only for the doctor herself; unfortunately her staff are terrible, especially the nurse whom supposed to be smiley and friendly with the kids while she is working in a kids doctor office but she is not at all. It is difficult to reach the office on the phone. The staff are careless about patients and their time, they cancel the appointments with no notice, and when you walk to the office they simply claimed that they had left message for you ( and of course they did no)

very caring Dr Taeed is a very caring and compassionate pediatrician. She takes the time to talk to my daughters and they really relate to her very well. The only drawback is her office hours. Lately, she's only been working till 2:30 everyday but she and her staff really bend over backwards to try and accommodate an emergency and fit you in at the end of their day. If she had afternoon hours to accommocate working moms, I would be much happier!

The Best In her Field, She is good example for all young women who want to join this field. She is very Shirin, and shows her Texas (DFW, DYC!) roots well.
