I scheduled an appt for a cleaning. X-rays taken & Dr Stott approached me, no introduction & asked what he could help me with. I told him I made an appt for a cleaning. He said nothing & went to take a look at my teeth. He reviewed my teeth while an assistant took notes. He then went to the computer behind the dental chair I was seated in & asked me to turn around so I don't break my neck. I walked out with a large estimate & no cleaning. I wish I would been told I was not getting a cleaning
