The worst experience ever. Was told my wife could NOT come back with me and I told them yes she can. Dr Tim came in the room and reiterated the same nonsense. Says that since COVID they liked it better to have only the patient back. Cuts down on number of questions!!! What an arrogant B@&$@. Life changing results
After a $75 prepayment, and filling out lots of paperwork, I didn't even see the doctor. She requires a drug screen UP FRONT. I have never seen her and wasn't there for drugs. I wish I had seen all of the bad reviews before I waited 3 weeks for nothing!
I have been seeing Dr. Timm for a little under 6 months now for migraines. I have seen a handful of specialists and she truly is different in the best way. She is very diligent and uses her time with you wisely; she refers and prescribes very appropriately. She is not stuck on one treatment plan for all, but she tailors them specific to the individual until she finds a way that works for them. She is very kind and warm - but also very direct to the point. I could not recommend her enough - she is excellent!
Dr. Timm is a very compassionate and kind person in general. I always was very comfortable with her extreme knowledge, kindness and support. The only negative I could remember is that she would take me out to dinner or a movie before my prostate exams!
The worst doctor I have ever experienced. An idiot of the first water. Doctor-patient confidentiality means nothing to her as she repeatedly would speak to my family members about my appointments and even invite them into the room during my check ups. She compared me unfavorably to her own children. Why is that relevant? Why is that appropriate? And when I asked about her to the other nurses they all hated her. Rightfully so. I wouldn't have this arrogant woman treat my worst enemy.
Have seen Dr Time over a year and really tried to overlook major issues! BILLING - they collect a copay but don't record it and the burden them falls to you to find which method you paid with (they don't give receipts) and I'm expected to search all my credit card statements or pay a second time!! DOCTOR - Dr Time is an MD, not a neurologist that we are being led to believe. Now that my PCP has informed me, I AM SO DONE. Was having intractable headaches during pregnancy, Dr. Timm’s guidance got me through it. Her advice on the female headache condition is invaluable .
