I had a wonderful experience with my doctor. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind throughout my visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions. she made me feel comfortable, and heard. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I’m very grateful.
Dr. Tong and her staff are pleasant, but they’re quicker to follow up about billing than about lab results. They charged us extra for a “diagnostic assessment” that was simply her prescribing an antibiotic for a fungal infection- which does not make sense to me. When I reached out about lab results that seemed urgent to me, I was told the office is a month behind and going on vacation, so I shouldn’t expect to hear back anytime soon. Dr. Tong is an amazing doctor and an amazing person as well. She is everything I have been looking for in a primary doctor. She is honest and empathetic as well as professional and very informative. I am grateful for finding her randomly on the internet and connecting with her to get the help I need to better my health journey.
