I went for a visit which required an X-Ray, they said the person who does the X-Ray had called in sick and to go the next day, then they canceled 2 more times, that the person that does the X-Ray is having personal problems. That may be the case but in that event they should bring in someone else to cover or pay to have the X-Rays done at another location. Horrible service.
Dr Abyar was great, once I saw him. The office did not find my appointment and told me I didn’t have one. I had called and spoke to someone who gave me an appointment. Anyhow, instead of seeing the Dr at 11:15 I saw him at 1 pm. De is knowledgeable and his nurse was terrific. 5 stars for the nurse and doctor, 2 stars for losing my appointment
1 star because at least they finally answered the phone after calling all day Friday and getting no one but an answering service although hours show to be a half day Fridays. I confirmed this doctor was in network with my insurance with the NPI #, I have a serious injury effecting range of motion in my knee, online he was shown to be the best. Dr. Abyar is an amazing top notch orthopedic specialist . Laredo is blessed to have him . He uses cutting edge technology to assist in his surgeries and his staff is wonderful . Truly excellent bedside manner and care .
