This was an extremely disappointing experience. The doctor is very unprofessional and clearly does not know how to properly work with patients. There was no respect, no professionalism, and no proper communication. The appointment was handled poorly, and the overall attitude showed a complete lack of responsibility and basic medical ethics. A doctor should know how to manage a practice, communicate respectfully, and treat patients with care. Unfortunately, this doctor failed in all of these areas. This office showed no respect for patients whatsoever. After driving over two hours to reach the appointment, we were running only 10 minutes late. Instead of acting like a professional medical practice, the doctor refused to see us and made no attempt to accommodate or communicate in a reasonable way. We were forced to turn around and drive two more hours back home, losing half a day because of their rigid and careless attitude. On top of that, this practice misleads patients about its locations. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Sadri I felt a comfortable and safe feeling. I’ve had two surgeries with him and both were warm and secure experiences. I love him as a patient and friend.
