One star would be a great courtesy to this individual. I called seeking counseling and help. I suffer from Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. I have been on the fence about seeking help for quite some time, have dealt with grim attempts on my life, and finally broke down knowing I needed to seek help. My daughter has had a pleasant experience and has received the treatment she needs. However, some of the people that come for appointments could be a bit nicer. Last week I watched a woman yell and berate the front office young woman because there was a wait. When some people come late for their appointments, there is a "trickle down" effect and the subsequent appointments can be late. Wait time wasn't so bad. The doctor, well, he's a quack. Spent all of 8-10 minutes with me, threw some prescriptions at me and walked out. Went to get the scripts filled only to find out (I feel so stupid for not trying to read his writing on the scripts better) that I was already on all the meds he'd prescribed me (and yes, not only did I bring a list of my current medications, the young woman who checked me in, photocopied said list).
