I had a colonoscopy a little over a year ago. 6 months later, I get a letter in the mail saying, "Oops! Dr. Miller was your anesthesiologist for your colonoscopy, but somehow we got mixed up and he's not covered under your insurance plan. You owe us $2,700.00." I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this.
