The office staff was extremely rude. They wanted papers to be signed that if the insurance covered the procedure but then they were audited several years down the road and the insurance recouped part of the payment that we would be responsible for paying the amount that was recouped by the insurance company. PISS POOR COMMUNICATION by all. I had an appointment for 2 wisdom teeth removal+2 molars and a lesian. Upon arrival, I was told we're running 15 minutes behind, an hour later, she says oh I said 50 minutes. No because you told the people in front of me the same thing. After surgery I had to call them to schedule my 2nd surgery for other side. I had a lesian on that side too that was being removed. I've been to Dr Sturgil om 2 occasions where she removed a total of 4 teeth. One wisdom tooth has long roots. Had anesthesia. Hate having this done but she's wonderful. Helped ease my fears. Professional and kind. Highly recommend her
