I had a chance to have a new hygienist hired by Dr Bander. Nicole did an excellent job and is a great addition to the hygiene team.
As soon as I entered the front door I was not only verbally welcomed but also felt welcome due to the atmosphere created by the physical surroundings. All of the employees were warm and friendly and the assistant who conducted the initial examination procedures was very knowledgeable. She was quite good at her job and very patient and empathetic with me as this was my first time with some of the exam procedures. Dr. Bander has a very chipper attitude and a great chair-side manner.
