Dr Urbi is the BEST!!! I've been seeing him for over 10 years and WOULD NOT see anyone else!! He's compassionate, caring, listens and is there for you.
Dr Urbi is a sad pathetic joke of a DR. He is flat out rude and mentally aggressive and does NOT LISTEN to his patients comments or concerns. He pretty much called me a liar and used his position of power to make a decision that negatively affected me and my family. He actually got mad at me and started raising his voice demanding udid as he said. What kind of DR raises their voice to a patient who is there seeking help. Horrible bedside manor. Does not pay attention during patient interviews and does not retain information given to him. Allows prescriptions to run out before next available appointment. Awful.
