I met Dr pound one time. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. However.... His office manager was extremely rude. When I asked him a question, she would interrupt and answer the question. He would back off and allow HER to speak....then would say..... "what she said". I found this very odd. When did she get her medical degree? He seemed very submissive to her. She was extremely aggressive and rude. I wish I could rate 10 stars!!! Stacey Meens is absolutely incredible! If you are looking for an esthetician, you are in the right place. She listened to my needs, explained my options, is super knowledgeable, personable, caring and professional! I recommend Stacey with no hesitation. The staff, especially Ivie, are amazing as well. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Stacey, for helping me prepare for our daughter's wedding.
