Dr. Pound is very personable and gives honest assessments. He doesn't upsell, but rather recommends what he believes is best. The office staff are efficient and friendly..not stuffy. I highly recommend Dr. Pound for any asthetic proceedures you might be considering.
I met Dr pound one time. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. However.... His office manager was extremely rude. When I asked him a question, she would interrupt and answer the question. He would back off and allow HER to speak....then would say..... "what she said". (Where did she get her medical degree)?
