I have been at this practice since my son was born in 2012. I have always been happy here up until 2 years ago. Since then, can’t get a nurse or doctor to call you back and can’t even get a visit when your child is sick. Try to get someone in management and they are never available. Front desk staff is beyond rude. Practice went completely downhill since Dr. Traisman left. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great doctor. Knowledgeable, but office practices are off-putting. I'm being charged $50 ($25/kid) for required DHS school records. $25 for paper?!!!
