6 years ago I had a deadly bowel intussusception at 25 weeks pregnant. Dr. Rapp was able to remove all of the dead bowel, while still pregnant, successfully and implant a g-tube for venting. He saved mine and my now 6 year old’s life. There is not enough love and thankfulness in the world that we have for this man. His bedside manner is unmatched. I cannot recommend him enough.
Terrific in every way. No complications at all. I’m in great health and reached my goal weight within a year. Found the staff responsive and helpful since I work Out of town.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing. We're glad that your experience was so positive.
Dr Rapp and his staff are great. I could not think of a better surgeon . The waiting room and times are comfortable and not a long weightAfterward you are led to a really neat room with posters to show surgical problems and procedures. The temperature in the office was perfect. Please consider him if you need a surgeon.
My mom went in for minor gallbladder surgery which became a major surgery when he cut her bile duct, causing her to have repeated illness and operations since.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your candor regarding your mother's experience with our office. We would love an opportunity to discuss it further, as it is our hope to exceed your expectations. Please contact me at your convenience to discuss at (864) 227-8932. Our primary mission is to heal compassionately, teach innovatively, and improve constantly. If there is ever anything we can do to adjust to our patients' needs, we are happy to. Sincerely, Amanda Patterson, Practice Manager
On April 10,2017 my mother had surgery. Dr.Rapp remove a herina, gallbladder, and insert a sleeve. After the surgery he did remove the herina as he said he was. After the surgery he couldn't look our family in the eye.The big herina was still in her stomach and she was in more pain then ever. I leaning towards suing him for the horrible job he did on my mom. The staff in his Greenwood office was so rude after I call about concerns about my mother. If you can please shop on.
