I Went In During the time the Covid 19 Was Going On I spoke to the Dr. and told him I felt like my eye had something in it and was uncomfortable and he put some solution in my eye and looked at it with there eye equipment and said he seen nothing he said he couldn’t dilate my eyes due to Covid 19 so he prescribed me antibiotic eye drops and a moisturizer I was told to take the drops for 5 days after the 5 days it felt the same he never told me why he was prescribing the antibiotic drops like someone else mentioned on here I ... read more

NEVER my bills to those specialist doctors in the past exceeded $50.00 but when I visited Dr Hurst in January 7th, 2020 I was shocked and was taken by surprised when they charged me $105.00. They did not tell me PRIOR to the process that they were going to charge me another $55.00 for the refraction done. I thought this refraction should have been part and included in my consultation package. I have had Dr Hurst for years. He has and will be my eye specialist for life. He has performed many eye surgeries on me. He always answers my questions and the staff is to be commended. I trust his professionalism and his input. These have been proven.

Very unprofessional and borderline negligent care. I was misdiagnosed & over prescribed medication, which left my eyes in much worse condition than before seeing him. Reported to my primary care provider, who had referred me, so that no other patient is subjected to his mistreatment.
