I did not feel rushed with my appointment. From being greeted upon check-in, getting my vitals taken, X-ray, speaking with the PA as well as speaking with the Doctor, the process was smooth from start to finish! If you are looking for someone that is patient and will HEAR your concerns, Dr Mairura is who you want to see! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Everyone I encountered was very polite. From the front desk staff, Nurse, X-Ray Tech, PA, and Dr. Mairura himself.
Dr. Mairura and his entire staff were on point and cordial, providing important info and options, as well as asking questions and listening well. I feel confident that all will go well and that I am in good hands. Josh was warm and informative and Monica is explicitly detailed and orderly. The good Dr. is professional and had a great bedside manner putting me and my family at ease.
