Recently moved back to Bkfld and trying to, find doctors has been a nightmare. Finally, thought we had found one - Dr E Nichols. When I spoke to the office initially I was very clear about what insurance we had and was told they took both. Arrived for the appointment to find that was NOT the case. Only my insurance was ok. So, are they not knowledgeable, stupid, or did they lie? Doesn't matter - the trust is gone before I saw one medical professional. Great Dr. and location. BUT!!! They have installed some kind of ansewering system that WON'T let you talk to a live person at the front desk. All you can do is leave messages that they DON'T return! I've never heard of any kind of a doctors office that you can't talk to a real live person at. FORGET THIS ONE !
Dr. Nichols is my primary physician and I think he has been very thorough in treating my conditions. Whenever I go the wait time is fairly good, and the staff is friendly. Also I would like to comment on the reviewer below making a comment about the practice being christian. While Dr. Nichols may choose to run his practice in this way you, you can not discriminate when hiring someone based on their relationship choices or beliefs. I've been taking my Mother to Dr. Nichol's for the last couple of years and overall, I'd like to convey that he has a good practice. Certainly a bit busy but his front end staff does an great job! I appreciate that Dr. Nichol's can come across a little direct if your extra sensitive but he's to be complimented for how he coordinates his efforts with his P.A.s, particularly Trevor Williams who does an incredible job & is largely responsible. I've been going to Dr. Edwards and staff for over 7 years and couldn't ask for any more caring people than these. I thought so much of them that I had my wife change as well and she couldn't be happier. They are always friendly and take the time to 'listen' to you and communicate with you to make sure you understand them and they understand you and the reason you're there. I have only positive things to say about my experiences with Dr. Edwards.
So his practice is a Christian practice? So why is his medical assistant an adulterer? The most non Christian practice in my opinion! And he is aware!
This Dr is worthless. He has a serious case of God-syndrome and only thinks about the bottom line. My 87 year old Grandma has been treated like a dog by this Dr. I would not recommend him to anyone.
