Has consistently outperformed other physicians in diagnosis
I have been going to Dr. Bartsch for probably 20 years. I love that he starts at the least amount of medical intervention and works his way up. He is kind but no nonsense. If you want to go in and tell your doctor how to treat you, then this doctor is not for you. He has been my doctor for minor to major conditions and I have always appreciated his calm yet professional manner.
Awesome doctor, my grandma, mom and my family goes to him. He knows what he's talking about and is very involved with the people around town such as FFA in the high schoolers. Easy to get in to see him and fast waiting room. Very old fashion office and going in there it makes me feel like Katy is small again. People who give bad reviews are wrong.
I had a serious problem/pain/infection that I needed a major surgery for it turned out, but “Dr” Bartsch told me to take hot showers and brushed me off. It's a good thing that I got a second opinion from a real doctor who diagnosed correctly and sent me off to get tests to verify what he suspected. Now after a major surgery, I am alive, no thanks to this one.
Dr Bartsch is a great Dr. He's and "old school" Dr and doesn't beat around the bush and is very straight forward in his diagnosis. If you want a Dr. who sugar coats things, he's not for you. He tells it like it is whether you like it or not. He offers meds where meds are required but if you want pain medicine you better really need it because he will not prescribe it unless he feels it's necessary. I've been going to him for over 10yrs and have no plans to change. The staff is very friendly and the wait times are very short,... read more
You either LOVE him or hate him because he doesn't just give prescriptions at the drop of a hat but it is because he cares that he is this way. If you just want a bandaid he is not the doctor for you but if you want a great doctor who will really work with you, he is wonderful.
good doctor, stop crying people. he has always cared and took care of me.
Staff was very nice. i only had a 20 minute wait and the Dr. was nice enough. Diagnosed me and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Both of my adult sons have been to him and they believed him to be very thorough and followed up with them promptly on lab results as he said he would.
I will NEVER step foot in this doctor's office again. He will not involve the patient in the decision making about treatment for the problem. He suggested an herbal remedy for me instead of prescribing an anti inflamatory for my shoulder pain. I did not want narcotics. I wanted an anti-inflamatory medication for the pain. My pain is intense and constant and is causing major disturbance in my sleep. So much so that my blood pressure was high. If I am having pain strong enough to keep me from sleeping and raise my blood pressu... read more
