I acquired an abscessed liver and Dr. Leonard was my Physician. He explains the situation clearly and professionally. He is very thorough and careing. Thank You Dr Leonard.
Very difficult to deal with doctor. He will not compromise. He will not prescribe antiobiotics unless you're on you're death bed. I had a serious infection and had to go under lots of agony to pursue other reasons for it and shouldn't have listened to Dr. Leonard as then I would have got better with a simple course of antiobiotics as the ER suggested.
Dr. Leonard took a personal interest in the treatment of my San Joaquin Valley Fever. He is knowledgeable and shows concern for your problem. He called me personally twice to discuss the treatment and test results.
Dr. Leonard listened (and heard!) all my medical concerns. He is a very empathic and knowledgeable doctor who understands the patient and can explain things in a way that is understandable. I left his office understanding the virus I had, what to expect and what happened to me physically. You will not feel rushed, he is not condescending because you don't know something medically. He will explain what is happening to you in a manner that is comforting. I would highly recommend him!
After seeing my GP twice and a visit to the ER, Dr. Leonard could immediately diagnose my problem. He was very personable and thorough. He was willing to take the time to answer all of my and my husband's questions without feeling rushed. His explanations were very clear and understandable. Dr. Leonard is fantastic! Wish I could find a GP like him!
