He's very understanding of what the situation is, and explains the procedure well to us non-medical folks. He's very personable and easy to talk to. He makes sure that pain during the procedure is minimized, as in the cortisone injections, and/or non-existent during the surgical procedure by allowing the required time for the anesthetic to work.
